MYuserPOLICY is an
electronic Acceptable Use
Policy dissemination and
management reporting tool.
It is designed to allow
organisations to simply and
quickly disseminate policies
and policy updates to all
staff. Advanced Management
Reporting is available
allowing Personnel Staff to
view levels of policy
acceptance at a glance. If
we base this scenario on a
Local Government Council,
with the average of 6 main
staff policies and policy
updates being made on
average once every 2 months
(each policy changes once a

If we assume all policies are in place and all
staff have signed each policy, then the effort
required to maintain these policies is around
540 man days annually. MYuserPOLICY is designed
to cut this by a factor of 10 to around 10
man-days per policy.

The layout and delivery format is completely
customisable.
In practice, most organisations will have all
their acceptable use policies in place, so it is
the mechanism by which they update and manage
these policies that will gain most benefit from
the use of MYuserPOLICY. MYuserPOLICY allows the
personnel department to update a single central
policy.
That Update is then automatically circulated to
all members of staff when they access their
computer. The users are asked to review and
accept just the sections of the policy that have
been updated. If they wish they can also review
the policy as a whole. Real time reports show
instantly who has and has not accepted the
policy update or any comment user have added.
